Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing, or using the services provided by Voxvaani Inc. ("Voxvaani", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, application dashboard, API layers, and communication nodes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, corporation, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

To use most features of Voxvaani, you must create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your credentials confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including operations initiated via API keys. You must immediately notify our security team of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

You agree that you will not use our telecommunication and AI nodes to:

• Deliver pre-recorded robocalls or unsolicited broadcast campaigns in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or local regulatory laws.
• Spoof or modify caller identification strings to impersonate banking, government, or other corporate entities.
• Conduct WhatsApp campaigns that lead to high rates of user blocks, spam reports, or platform bans.
• Transmit malicious payloads, phishing hooks, or harassment audio files to end consumers.

Our AI models generate synthesised voice output (TTS) and process user audio input (STT). You maintain ownership of all text prompts, campaigns, scripts, and contact details uploaded to the platform.

You grant Voxvaani a limited license to process, stream, and temporarily store these inputs for the sole purpose of operating and troubleshooting the voice services for your active campaigns.

Voice and messaging campaigns targeted at Indian phone numbers are routed through our dedicated **Indian Route** gateways. By utilizing these routing channels, you agree to:

• Strictly respect the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR / DND registries) for marketing broadcasts.
• Submit all templated content for necessary DLT registry registration prior to launching WhatsApp or call broadcasts.
• Limit calling activities to legally permitted local business hours.

Voxvaani operates on a subscription and plan-based resource balance controls model:

• All active operations (AI calls, WhatsApp messages, B2B scraping, emailers) deduct directly from your plan-specific resource balances (**Voice Minutes**, **WhatsApp Messages**, **CRM Leads**, **Bulk Emails**).
• Trial credits (including the sign-up trial credits) are promotional, non-refundable, and expire in accordance with your account parameters.
• All standard payments and monthly subscriptions are handled securely and are billed automatically on your renewal cycle.

Voxvaani services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representation that telecommunications networks or AI synthesizers will be entirely uninterrupted, secure, or free of translation/transcription delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxvaani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, voice data, or business opportunities.
